• Planning and development of new services and the improvement of existing services

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience as a team leader or project manager in web service development (excluding package implementations)
• Excellent communication skills for smooth coordination with executives, business-side members, and engineering-side members
• Documentation skills for reporting to executives, requirements definition documents, and specification documents
• Superior project management skills to ensure quality, cost, and delivery time

Nice-to-have Skills

• Possession of project management-related qualifications (PMP, Project Manager, etc.)
• Experience in product development and project management in both Waterfall and Agile development models
• Experience in project management within financial institutions, fintech companies, or the cryptocurrency industry
• Business-level English (for interactions with overseas employees and branches)
• Business-level Japanese (for understanding legal regulations in Japanese depending on the project)
