By our regulations, we do not accept JPY deposits made from bank accounts with names that do not match the name on the customer’s bitFlyer account.
When making a JPY deposit through SBI Sumishin Net Bank, please ensure that the remitter’s name is entered as “(your five-digit number) (your name as it appears on your bank account).”
If a deposit is made under a different name, the appropriate return procedures must be followed. Please ensure that the remitter's name is the same as your account’s registered name (full name).
* Any fees incurred in the return shall be borne by the customer. If the customer’s bank charges any additional return fees, they shall also be borne by the customer.
* In this case, “return” is defined as the procedure for a customer (remitter) choosing to cancel their own transfer request (deposit) for reasons such as having an error in the transfer request or wanting to cancel it of their own volition.
