You can change your registered phone number here. From there, select “Update my registered information” and then “Telephone Number.” From there, enter your Account ID, currently registered phone number, and new phone number.
If you do not know your account ID, click here, then select “Other”, then enter your currently registered phone number and new phone number.
If you also need a password reset, removal of two-factor authentication, or removal of 4-digit PIN, enter your registered email address and select “Customers who can not use SMS (may take longer to perform)” on the same form.
To unfreeze your account, enter your registered email address and send the request.
After sending the request, an email will be sent to your registered address to guide you on the next steps. Click the URL in the email to be sent to the form to update your telephone number.
