If you do not receive SMS messages from us, it may be that your carrier does not accept SMS messages from international numbers. Our SMS messages may be routed through international servers.
Please confirm if this is the case. You can also try to receive your code via audio message.
After logging in and landing on the two-factor authentication page, if you press the confirmation button without entering an authentication code, an option to “send voice confirmation message” should appear after about 30 seconds.
This function will send a confirmation code to your phone number (only available in Japanese).
If your phone number no longer matches the one you have registered, please request an update through the inquiry form.
If you have changed your phone number to a service that is unable to receive SMS due to changing your mobile phone number or not having a registered mobile phone number, select “Update my registered information” and then select “Telephone Number.” In order to ensure security, we will call you or request ID verification documents.
If you do not know your account ID, enter your registered email address and select “Update my registered information” and then “Other.” We will then call you to confirm your identity.
